BELMONT, N.C. -- An engagement ring that was lost during a 5K has been found!
The Belmont Police Department announced on Facebook that someone found the ring and turned it in to the police department.
Last weekend, Jessica Morong posted on Facebook that one of her daughters lost the diamond ring during the Girls on The Run 5K.
On Facebook, the police department says that "this is an awesome reminder of how great our community really is."
