CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Olympic High School was placed on lockdown after a threat was made on social media.
Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools released a statement which said in part, “Staff and students at Olympic High School are safe. CMS, Olympic High School and law enforcement ask everyone to remain calm to help ensure safety for everyone. Thank you for your cooperation.”
Parents who want to pick up their students can do so at the school.
