CHARLOTTE, N.C. – A man has been arrested in the murder of his girlfriend in a southwest Charlotte home.
- Stephanie Potts, 35, was found dead in her Charlotte home.
- Authorities think the killing was targeted.
- Police are still searching for a suspect.
Deshawn Clipper was arrested in the murder Stephanie Potts.
Police were called to the 13000 block of Black Chestnut Place Sunday at 3:30 p.m when found Potts' body inside a home.
Autorities say they'e determined that Clipper and Potts "were in an intimate partner relationship" and that this was not a random act of violence.
