MECKLENBURG COUNTY, N.C. -- Hundreds of thousands of voters in Mecklenburg County didn't wait until Election Day to mark their ballots.
Officials say more than 198,000 people voted early. That number will top 200,000 when absentee ballots are added.
The polls on Tuesday are open from 6:30 a.m. until 7:30 p.m.
