WILMINGTON, NORTH CAROLINA -- Saturday was an absolutely beautiful weather day around the region with lots of sun and pleasant temperatures.

  • We will have a good deal of clouds continue to stream overhead but highs will again be in the 70s
  • Many areas will push well into the 80s tomorrow and Tuesday
  • A cold front will then slowly move through the region Tuesday into Wednesday

Our weather setup today is a bit different. We will have a good deal of clouds continue to stream overhead but highs will again be in the 70s.

A warmer airmass is moving in for the first couple of days of the work week. In fact, many areas will push well into the 80s tomorrow and Tuesday.

A cold front will then slowly move through the region Tuesday into Wednesday and some showers are possible with it.

Following that front, another surge of chilly air will arrive. Look for lots of sun Thursday and Friday, but highs and lows will dip below average for mid-October.
