CONCORD, NORTH CAROLINA -- It finally feels like fall and there are lots of events to help you kick off the season this weekend.

- The event, which started last week, goes until October 28
Charlotte's Fall Fair in Concord has rides, games and shows for the entire family.
The start of the fair came at a convenient time, as many students are stuck as home because of Hurricane Michael.
A lot of people also attended The Glow, a jack-o-lantern experience in Concord.
Families enjoyed hand carved illuminated pumpkins and other scenes along what's called Jack's Lane.
The event, which started last week, goes until October 28.
