CHARLOTTE, NORTH CAROLINA – An arson suspect has been arrested after the Charlotte Fire Department responded to a fire at Payal Indian Grocery and Spices on South Boulevard on Tuesday.

- Devendrak Patel was arrested for arson
- Patel has been charged with burning of a building of trade
The suspect, Devendrak Patel, was arrested by Charlotte-Mecklenburg police and has been charged with burning of a building of trade.
