LINCOLNTON, N.C. -- A former Lincolnton day care worker who was found guilty of child abuse won't serve any jail time.

A judge sentenced 23-year-old Rebecca DeGregory to a 60-day suspended sentence, and 18-months unsupervised probation.
In March, prosecutors said surveillance video showed DeGregory pulling an 18-month old child by their hair at the day care she worked.
