BLADEN COUNTY, N.C. -- Bladen Co. officials have released a form for those with property damage.
Bladen Co. is still working to assess how many homes were damaged during the storm.
Officials say filling out their form will not guarantee financial assistance. Homeowners still will need to file with FEMA after individual assistance is declared for Bladen Co.
