CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- The Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department's quest for the best Lip Sync Challenge video is still alive.
The department is among four agencies in the semi-final round of USA Today's contest for the top video.
CMPD's entry from earlier this summer shows employees singing along with Justin Timberlake's "Can't Stop the Feeling."
Charlotte is facing off against the Seattle Police Department for a spot in the finals. The winner of the two departments from this round will then face off against either Flower Mound, Texas, or Dakota County, Minnesota Sheriff's Office.
The winners of the semi-finals will be announced on Sept 8.
