UPDATE: #CMPD spokesperson confirms a mom was dropping her children off at Villa Heights Elementary when a male suspect she was in a relationship with fired “more than one” round while the woman was on school grounds. #CMPD spokesperson adds that “the suspect at this point is not in custody but we do know who it is.” The mom was able to leave the scene and call 911. @SpecNewsCLT
