RALEIGH, N.C. -- Hockey season is right around the corner!

Hurricanes Owner Tom Dundon paid a visit to our studio for a one-on-one with our very own J.B. Ricks to talk about a myriad of topics including his first seven months on the job and which decisions he is most proud of so far.

This is a new era for the Hurricanes and there's no question that one of the top priorities will be getting the fans more engaged. However, that will come with a price that can only be changed through the win column.

Dundon says, "Without winning, the ideas aren't nearly as good and so we want to make it easy to get in and out of the arena, make sure we provide value, try to have good food and cold beer and cold drinks. We've re-done the locker room and we want to give our fans access to our locker rooms and our players and get our players in the community but all those things will have a muted impact without success on the ice."
