IREDELL COUNTY, N.C. -- A woman is accused of having an inappropriate relationship with a 15-year-old boy.

• Christina Jolly facing charges including felony statutory sex offense with child 15 or younger
• Jolly is 43 years old.
• She had been a foster parent but had to give up those rights in July. 

The Iredell County Sheriff's Office says they arrested 43-year-old Christina Jolly after they received reports of the teen being sexually abused by a guardian.

Jolly agreed to give up her foster parent rights in July and was to have no contact, but deputies found she was still in contact with the teen through several social media channels.

Deputies issued a warrant and seized several computers and other electronic devices.

Jolly faces a list of charges including felony statutory sex offense with a child 15 years of age or younger.
