CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- After a number of showers and storms Sunday, we'll see a limited threat for storm development Monday. 

  • Tuesday through Thursday we should enjoy sunshine and a somewhat drier air mass
  • Storms are not forecast to return until Friday
  • Mid to lower 90s will be felt across the Piedmont for the week

The stationary boundary will slowly slide East, and out, by Early Tuesday.

Tuesday through Thursday we should enjoy sunshine and a somewhat drier air mass.  Storms are not forecast to return until Friday and next weekend. As of this post, scattered at best will be the norm it appears.

Mid to lower 90s will be felt across the Piedmont for the week. Mountain counties will daytime highs in the upper 70s to lower 80s through the period.
