RALEIGH, N.C. -- Uncertainty remains about what North Carolina's fall ballot will look like for voters.

After a second day of hearings over election issues Tuesday, there was no decision by the judge.

Tuesday's round of arguments dealt with the possible removal of several constitutional amendment proposals from the ballot.

In the end, Wake County Superior Court Judge Paul Ridgeway said the arguments belong in a different court.

He recommended the cases go to a three-judge panel, which under law decides that type of case.

A temporary restraining order in a different set of cases, has already delayed the ballot printing deadline until at least Monday, which gives several days for this set of cases to be decided.
