NORTH CAROLINA -- Attorney General Josh Stein says North Carolina is joining the fight against 3D printed guns.

  • Several other states are involved 
  • He says the blueprints should no be legally downloaded
  • Issue will be back in court on Aug. 10

Stein has joined the multi-state lawsuit to prevent gun blueprints from being legally downloaded. The release of the plans were initially approved by a court last month, however, a judge ruled against it Tuesday night creating a temporary halt.

The issue will be back in court on Aug. 10.
