Authorities are now trying to track down suspects.

They say the 19-year-old Psi'Keem Walker was found shot in the head and was pronounced dead at the scene near 16th Street and North Davidson Street.

K-9 units, a helicopter and officers on bikes canvassed the area for witnesses and evidence.

One man who lives in the area, but didn't want to use his name, says this is normally a quiet area and he's stunned he heard shots ring out.

"20 rounds! I mean they didn't ever stop shooting. They didn't know what they were doing. Over here, everything is quiet. But to hear something like that early in the morning, that's kind of dangerous,” he said.

No word yet on how many suspects police are looking for or their descriptions.
