CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Police are investigating a shooting at a west Charlotte gas station that sent four people to the hospital.

They say it happened just after 2:30 Sunday morning at an Exxon gas station on Queen City Drive.

 

Patrol officers responded to a call for an assault with a deadly weapon, but when they arrived, they found three people had been shot – and later, a fourth showed up at the hospital.

One of the four has life-threatening injuries.
