ALEXANDER COUNTY, N.C. -- Deputies in Alexander County are investigating the shooting death of a 17 year old.

The sheriff's office says they found the teen at a home on Will Wilson Lane in Taylorsville just before 1:00 a.m. Monday.

Another teen and a woman were at the home at the time of the shooting.

Investigators say they will know more about what happened after the autopsy is released later Wednesday.
