We'll get back to heat and tough humidity for Wednesday and Thursday. A few storms will be possible each day; I don't see blanket coverage, however.

Friday should bring a break in the humidity as a weak cool front will have settled to our South allow for winds to shift to the North.  Unlike Tuesday, no "wedge" is expected, so the heat remains, but a "workable heat" will be had. It appears, just a small chance for an isolated storm will be in the mix.

Father's Day weekend will turn muggy once more, with temps back in the mid 90s by Sunday. A few afternoon storms are possible, but those may be mainly in the mountains; Piedmont counties may go free of storms.
