NATIONWIDE -- At least 10 people were killed and 10 others injured were killed Friday in the latest U.S. mass shooting, this one at Santa Fe High School in suburban Houston.

Word quickly spread across social media, prompting people to post their condolences -- and outrage -- at yet another school shooting.

Students from Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida were quick to share their feelings, empathizing what the students at Santa Fe were going through.

CNN also tweeted photos of students from Santa Fe High School walking out of their classrooms a month ago to protest school shootings.

'Never Again' UCF students focused on elections

UCF students from the Parkland area who are part of the "Never Again" movement also spoke out Friday.

"I’m so tired of it, because no one ever does anything. Nothing is changing..." Never Again UCF Vice President Aly Justice said.

Justice said she's tired because she's been spreading this message for months -- ever since students near her hometown of Parkland were shot and killed at their school on Valentine's Day.

Now, Justice said the news that another mass shooting has happened just three months after the shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High is frustrating and devastating. But she said it's also motivating, because no matter how tired she is, she said she won't stop until something -- or someone -- changes.

"We've said we will vote you out every single second, and that's our promise," Justice said, directing her statement at politicians against gun regulations.

Justice said the upcoming election is the focus of the Never Again movement. This summer, they hope to work with the students of Parkland in organizing another march for gun reform legislation.

Bills have been passed in both Florida and Washington since Parkland, but many, including these students, think it's not enough.
