GRAHAM -- Former President George Bush and his wife Laura will pay their respects to Rev. Billy Graham on Monday afternoon.
In 2010, the former first couple met with Graham ahead of a book signing at the Billy Graham Library.
A spokesman said a longstanding commitment will keep the Bushes from attending the funeral on Friday.
President Bush is one of the many presidents Graham counseled.
He has said a conversation with Graham convinced him to give up drinking.
