CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- A person was pinned under a CATS light rail train in South Charlotte after being reportedly hit by the train.
It happened a little before 7:30 p.m. Saturday evening at the intersection of South Boulevard and Clanton Road.
The victim was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
A bus bridge was put in place between the New Bern and Archdale stations on the LYNX Blue Line so service could continue.
