CONCORD, N.C. -- Concord police say the man who's accused of killing his wife is in custody.

They say Patrick O'Sullivan shot Rebakah Hart-O'Sullivan multiple times inside their home on Todd Drive just after 7:30 Thursday night after an argument.

Rebekah was a paramedic who had been working for Medic since 2010.

O'Sullivan is being charged with first-degree murder.
