LENOIR, N.C. -- Everyone's favorite snowman has made a return to a Caldwell County Christmas tree lot. And this time, he's here to stay!

For years, a 25-foot tall "Frosty the snowman" has stood at the Mountain Top Frasier Fir. But, in 2012, the town tried to get rid of him.

The owner was fined $50 per day when he refused to remove the inflateable snowman.

After residents made a Facebook page to save Frosty, the snowman was finally allowed to stay.
