Look for increasing clouds and winds ramping up Saturday afternoon and evening.

Mountain folks could see some wind gusts near 50 MPH with heavy rain late Saturday evening and early Sunday.

Rain may end as snow for several hours Sunday morning across portions of the High Country and winds will remain active, through late Sunday night.

Across the Charlotte region, look for increasing clouds Saturday and winds ramping up. Up to 25 MPH+ gusts will be possible.

Rain is possible late Saturday evening through very early Sunday morning and we should see a clearing sky prior to sunrise Sunday.

Mountain folks won't likely have clear conditions until late Sunday morning or early afternoon.

Thanksgiving travel should have no weather worries across the southeast Uinted States.

Weather trends for the big turkey day appear to hold a few clouds with lower 50s in Charlotte for highs, and mid 40s for highs in the Mountains.

Pack your patience if traveling next week. Planes, trains and automobiles will be jammed.
