ROWAN COUNTY -- The Rowan County Sheriff's Department says deputies found drugs and cash in a Salisbury man's car.
Clarence West, 48, is facing multiple drug charges and will be in court on Thursday.
The sheriff's office says with the help of a K9, they found 5.2 pounds of marijuana and $1,000 in the trunk of his car after he was stopped for speeding near I-85.
