RALEIGH -- A program in Chapel Hill is helping start-ups take off. It's called Launch Chapel Hill.

The program provides resources and mentorship to help start-up companies grow their business.

Dwight Bassett, the economic development officer for the town of Chapel Hill, spoke with Spectrum News about how the program works.
