RALEIGH -- Torre Jessup's only been North Carolina's new DMV Commissioner for three months, but he already has been plans for the future.

The Winston-Salem native was raised in the Triad, spent the past 20 years in Charlotte, and now calls Raleigh home.

While he says a lot of work needs to be done at the DMV, he is proud of the staff of thousands he now leads, and has high hopes for the future.

Out Caroline Blair sat down with Jessup for a look at the new job, how he hopes technology will improve service, and why he urges all North Carolinians to get the REAL ID sooner than later.
